This policy explains what Claimbridge Funding collects when you use this website or submit a funding request, how that information is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
When you complete the request form or ask for a callback, we collect the details you provide: your name, phone number, email address, state, claim type, whether you are represented by an attorney, your attorney or law firm name if you share it, and the amount you would like advanced.
We also record technical and campaign information sent automatically by your browser, including your IP address, browser type, the page you submitted from, the page that referred you, and marketing parameters such as utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, gbraid, wbraid and msclkid.
How we use it
We use your information to evaluate your funding request, to contact you and, with your authorization, your law firm, to verify the claim, and to keep records of the request. We may also use aggregated, non-identifying data to understand which marketing sources produce requests.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with the licensed funding partner that reviews and issues advances, and with service providers that host this site or deliver messages on our behalf. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights. We do not sell your information to unrelated marketers.
Calls, texts and email
By submitting the form with the consent box checked, you agree that we and our funding partner may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request, including through automated dialing technology. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out or HELP for help. Consent to receive messages is not a condition of obtaining services, and you can also reach us by phone instead of using the form.
Cookies and browser storage
This site uses your browser’s session storage to remember your in-progress answers so you do not lose them if you navigate away, and to remember campaign parameters from the link you arrived on. Clearing your browser storage removes this data.
Retention and security
We keep request records for as long as needed to service the request and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete the information you submitted, or to stop contacting you, by calling us at (866) 403-3332. Requests to delete may be limited where we must retain records for legal reasons.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy. The version posted on this page, with the date above, is the current one.
