Claimbridge Funding is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. Nothing on this site should be treated as advice about your claim. Speak with your attorney about legal decisions.
Not a lender, not a loan
We are not a bank or a consumer lender. A pre-settlement advance is not a loan, a line of credit, or a payday product. It is an advance tied to the expected proceeds of a pending legal claim and is documented in a separate written agreement between you and the funding provider.
No guarantee of funding
Submitting a request does not approve you for anything and does not obligate anyone to provide funds. Every request is reviewed on its own facts and is subject to verification, attorney cooperation, applicable state law, funding criteria and a signed agreement. Amounts, availability and cost vary and cannot be quoted before review.
Your responsibilities
You agree that the information you submit is accurate, that you are at least 18 years old, and that you are the person named on the request or are legally authorized to act on their behalf. You agree not to submit false information, to use automated tools against this site, or to attempt to interfere with its operation.
Contact authorization
If you check the consent box, you authorize Claimbridge Funding and its funding partner to contact you at the number and email you provide, including by automated call and text message. You may withdraw that authorization at any time by telling us or by replying STOP to a text.
Third parties
Your request is reviewed and any advance is issued by an independent funding partner under its own agreement. We are not responsible for the acts, terms or performance of third parties, including funding providers and law firms.

Content on this site is provided for general information and may change without notice. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current. The text, layout and design of this site are owned by Claimbridge Funding and may not be copied for commercial use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Claimbridge Funding is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from a decision made based on information found here.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Claimbridge Funding maintains its principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
